how can i open file sis-data
any body can help me

HIII THERE

I DONT really get what you mean . but if what you mean is that you would like to see whats in a .Dot sis file , there is this Program called (( Unmake Dot SIS )) it opens all whats insaid a .SIS .
It extract the c o n t e n t s of a *.sis file to view the ocntents as a normal folder

if thats what you mean Here is What your Looking for
if not please Explain more
